TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1- In Case of Cancellation Advance Payment Cannot Be Refunded.

2- Payment Terms:

  • 50% Advance Payment, 30% After 3D Submission and 20% Before Submitting Final Drawings.
  • For Amounts less than 100\-BD, 100% advance payment needed.

3- Work Duration after approval and advance payment: (for design projects only.)

First Stage: Preparing Furniture Layout with Mood Board. - .... Working Days.

Second Stage: Working on 3D design after approving furniture layout. - ... Working Days

Third Stage: Preparing 2D drawings after 3D approval. - ... Working Days

Total Duration is .... Working Days.

In case of Design modification Around 3 to 5 extra Working days will be Added According to Modifications for each area.
